Notwithstanding anything contained in Section 36, in case a deputy superintendent of police or officer of higher rank and a police employee of lower rank commit any
offense punishable under this Chapter in an organized manner, the Government of Nepal may, by a Notification in the Nepal Gazette, constitute a separate Police Special Court with original jurisdiction in respect of the cases filed against them.
